Kurds have Iran Chalcolithic genes but they also have BA/IA Persian genes.Northwest Iranians are also a similar situation. They contain both Iran C genes and also Persian steppish autosomal.
ok so you are saying that Iranic genes = Iran N + Steppe ?
BA/IA Persian genes came from Kurdistan, from the Medes..
if Iran N and Steppe = "Iranic genes"
then all northern west asia and even some south/southeast europeans = Iranic
the only difference is that we Iranic speakers of west asia have more Iran N and Steppe than most of our neighbors . but they score it too .
the BMAC were mostly Iran N + CHG + some north euro stuff in some
those components are all native to west asia except the north euro . the bmac went from west asia there
Kurds are more native in people thats true,i am always saying it but you cannot deny your Persian origins as well.
we have communication problems . well it is hard to explain things over the internet
I will try to explain :
you are saying that "Iranic genes " = the central asian iranics who mixed with the native people of anatolia etc. to create us
but the thing is that the BMAC are themselves mostly Iran N + CHG and some north european stuff . so it is mostly west asian by itself
thats what I am saying
and we kurds and other iranic speakers nearby have more Iran N and more Steppe than most of our neighbors thats why we cluster closest together as "Iranics" . but our neighboring non iranic speaking people also have Iran N etc. ....even cypriots
and we are far from "iranics" like pashtuns , balochs etc. and way closer to many european groups even than to them . thats why I am saying that the belief that there is a unified "Iranic people" is false
Not really. R1a in Sintashta was very different from R1a in Iranian Plateau. Sintashta was the dead end and was later assimilated by the Siberian/Turco-Mongoloid people
Native folks of BMAC were Iran_ChL folks and came from the Upper Mesopotamia.
Steppes ancestry in Kurds is not from 'Sintasthat'. A lot of it was just native to Northwest Asia (minor gene flow) and came also from the Kura-Araxa. There was some Steppes ancestry in West Asia even during the Neolithics.
Plus, some Steppes ancestry in Kurdistan is from the Scythians and Cimmerians.
Nothing to do with Sintashta.
look how this BMAC sample for example gets modelled :

Why do you score russ devils gate?Do you have a recent turkic ancestry?
not that I know of . but I wouldnt rule out some distant anatolian turkish admix
