Does DR have towns where majority of their population consists of people who look like that?

before it was more common but now endays not necessarily

but i can think of a few places very small villages or towns that have ppl that range from mulatto to white (and not griffe to black like the majority of DR)

places like las matas de farfan and tamboril, which r located in the cibao

my town where my family has been for generations (over 350+ years) it has a sizeable pop like that and from what i heard back then it was very euro a few gens back but because of new roads being built and dominicans moving in from all over it has changed alot and it is now more black/mulatto now endays like the rest a the country but there is still a sagnificant quadroon/white pop there

this is las matas de farfan (like i said, it is changing, it was more euro back then historically)
